Now (Poem-y Thing)

NOW

It starts Now.
The diet? Now.
The exercise regimen? Now.
The daily meditation practice?
That starts Now.
You let the blame go, Now.
You forgive yourself (finally!), Now.
The days when you catch a glimpse of yourself in the mirror and
You see a friend smiling back at you?
Those days start Now.
You are financially responsible, Now.
You keep your word, Now.
You see your goals as probabilities...how about...
Now.
You pause, Now,
To hear the stillness under the noise and to
See the light under all the darkness.
And the air rushes into your nose,
Over your beautiful smile,
Into your miraculous lungs,
Filling them
Now.
