there are things you have to buy

like gifts and food and ice cold pop

and chocolate ice cream pie

it costs a lot to throw a party

if you’re gonna do it right

get streamers, signs and music

and even disco lights

it costs a lot to throw a party

you might clear out the store

but as costly as a party is…

it’s not as much as war.
